National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Upi transaction failed in google pay money not credited even after a month

I have made upi transcation on Google pay on jan 19 2021 but transcation was failed. Money got debited from my account. I have registered a complaint with documents asked by Google pay and still amount has not been refunded back to either sender or receiver. Today is March 3 2021 still not proper response from Google pay side. One week before they have send me upi rr number stating that amount will be credited in 3-5 business days still not recieved. I have attached their reply mail for your reference.
