National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — WBSEDCL Bill Payment

I have paid the bill of Rs. 4245.00 using Google Pay by scanning the QR code given in WBSEDCL bill. But I did not receive any payment receipt from WBSEDCL and they are showing that the payment is "failure". So, please refund the money as soon as possible.
