National Travels — Very worst response, rude operators

Last night I booked Chennai to Madurai non AC sleeper, boarding point at Ashok pillar, reporting time is 10pm but I waiting there from 9.45pm, there is no body make a call to me they simply crossed that place, then I contact that operator they said come to Pallavaram, after reached they said come to perungulathur, then Chengalpattu, finally I catched that bus at ulundurpet ... More than 4 hours they make so much tension, after catch the bus I ask that driver about this incident they rudely response to me, they said we are not responsible for it.
Really very worst behaviour, here after I never use national travels and also can't refer to my friends.

ell you this is the first time i booked ticket with redbus but i'm
really sorry to say it's very wrost experience with you ..

Last nigh i booked ticket to go for chennai as have had appointment with one of
Dr for my daughter .
My daughter is suffering from slow Development and has Eye problem, she is not able to see completely i mean she has visual problem and
after multiple attempt i got opportunity to go chennai for her
treatment ..

I was informed that your bus will be delay for 2 hrs and new schedule
departure is 2:10 AM where as actual schedule departure was 12:15 ..
I asked multiple times to update me truly whether bus will get cancel
or not, he told there is no chance of cancelation it's Nation Travel
bus ..

So, After getting confirmation i booked OLA cab for 1:00 O'clock and
reached at boarding point on 1:30, after reaching i seen none was
there and i tried to call all contact numbers whichever mentioned in
ticket but i did not get any response and big thing is nothing was
there at boarding point there were no sit to take a rest even it was
raining and i was not able to do anything for my daughter and me along
with my daughter was standing approx 2:30 hrs and waiting for bus and
keep calling to each and every number to take some update/information
about bus but i did not get any response nor any call from any one
about bus position, i was there till 3:40 in rain waiting for bus..

I'm not sure what to do with my daughter appoint and when next time i
will get the appointment ..it's getting delayed for checkup and if
will not get Dr on time there my be chance she will loss her eye
vision ..

Now i want all expenses and lost which happened because of bus cancelled ..
Bust ticket approx Rs.2500/
Ola Cab up and down :500/
Dr appointment :300/

You leave one nigh which i wasted and stating in Rain with my 5 years
daughter, there is no charge for my mental disturbance and struggle
for all things which i did to get Dr appointment and bus position
..more then 50 times i called to each and every contact number
whichever mentioned in ticket .

I want to get all expenses remburse as soon as possible..Requesting
you to please help me to get it done asap...Thanks !!
