Naturals — Issue with billing and service

I have an active membership at Naturals. I took 3 services from Naturals Ambattur on 30th September 2023.

1. Naturals Brightening (Mem amount Rs.1800 & Non-Mem amount Rs.2000)
2. Threading (Rs.40)
3. Detan - Face, Neck & Blouseline (Mem amount Rs.550 & Non-Mem amount Rs.600)

Not satisfied with the facial because my lips were burning for the entire day and regarding threading - it was improper.

I also had the Freedom Extravaganza coupon for a service that I took in Naturals, Thindal, Erode (Service for around 6k) which is worth Rs.750.

Initially, the reception person of Naturals Ambattur denied the coupon from another Naturals. Later on, she agreed after a long convo.

Billing: I have attached my bill in the attachments.
1. You can witness that Detan wasn't added. It's a 750 worth coupon and detan is 550 with tax it comes to around 650. She told that Detan will be covered in coupon.
2. The membership amount of Naturals Brightening isn't added(Rs.1800).

Feeling no transparency with the billing.

We were in a hurry so we didn't check the bill at the time of service.
When we walked in 2 days after service and enquired why it's 2000 instead of 1800 for Naturals Brightening - She asked whether we informed her during billing (This makes no sense - once we give them our number - they should be responsible enough to check whether we are member or non-member).

Later on, she started saying like - you can avail only coupon discount or membership amount - Can't use both at a time. (This isn't mentioned in any of the naturals site)

We are not sure whether this is true or not - But as a customer - they should have informed us earlier before the service - and not after 2 days of service when the customer themselves walk-in for an explanation.

This is unfair. We were very polite from the first and the reception person didn't even bother to apologize for the missed info(you can avail only coupon discount or membership amount - Can't use both at a time) they told us during our second visit.

We lost Rs.300(100 from coupon and 200 for facial) with all this drama. Apart from money - this incident makes us lose the trust with naturals.
