I have paid 1400 for which I get 10 sittings offered and this has a validity of 12 months. I have used only 2 sittings and since 15 days I am being told that there are no male staff available and I am asked to come after 2 days. I have already visited thrice and got the same answer. (Naturals, Yapral main road)

I have already paid money because of which I dont want to go to another store. These people should reimburse my money if they cant provide service when required. I am so frustrated without a haircut and shave.

    My card was charged excessively huge amount, i went to Naturals Salon banjara hills Road no 3, staff was firstly too unprofessional and gave a bad treatment to my hair, the lady was frustrated and blabbering about other customers and told me that my hair had lots of tangles and its literally wasting her time, she combed too roughly on my hair, I literally had to ask her to slow down for 3 - 4 times, and after that I forgot to take the bill as I was rushing for cab, bill was not provided at the Salon,
    when I checked my message at home I saw I was charged 7, 080 rupees for just hair wash, I called multiple times to get the bill they denied and argued with me and was not ready to send me the bill saying they dont find me in their datatbase, (ofcourse because they were planning to manipulate the salon system and didnt record my name), I have call logs to show how many times I had to call them, and after so many calls i spoke to the manager and finally bill was provided. And when i spoke about charges they kept on disconnecting my phone call. i dont know what to do, i had attached my bill in the attachment.

      Hi

      Today (4h aug), I took service (worst service) from rani, naturals chetpet branch. She applied initial hair straightening cream and left it more than the prescribed TAT. Due to which, post wash, my hair started to break and got severely damaged. Almost, I lost 60% of my hair and my hair looks bad on me... It is totally unacceptable. We keep trust in you and visiting the salon and taking the service and if this is the kind of service (lethargic service) that we get... am sorry to tell, naturals salon will never grow... management should not entertain these kind of people...

        Rude and unruly staff.
        I had taken an appointment for a haircut at Naturals hair salon, Elements Mall, Nagawara.
        On arriving at the salon at the appointed time, the person with whom I has spoken to for an appointment (who said she was the manager), told me to wait for another 40 minutes since the other barber who was available refused to cut my hair.
        The “manager” told me that she had made a complaint on my behalf on that particular barber, just because I didn’t like the haircut the last time, which was surprising and made no sense at all.
        On asking her to provide me the contact number of her supervisor, so that I can make a formal complaint, she refused to give me any details and told me that she was the supervisor and she handled everything.
        She was extremely rude and unruly.

          The area inside the enclosure for ladies was very is dirty and unhygienic with no cleanliness at all.. the same therapist who is doing hair is also doing pedicure as well and all the equipments for pedicure are reused... The customer is in wife in this case was denied to see the color brand being used and finally she ended up getting a complete diffrent color to her hair

          This is horrible and when brought to the notice of lady at the store she was rude and nonchalant in her approach

            I have visited naturals near Cluny school Lawspet 4 times in the past 2 months. Whenever I request service like eye brow driming or hair smoothing they say staffs busy staf[censored]navailable it's weekend so busy please come on week day ect. So I use to visit in weekday evenings but they say the same thing like staffs are busy but one one or two staff doing some hair spray or something...always deniyng to service...salon is in prime location so many customers approach but the staffs there want to go home early do only limited work...I get disappointed very much after visiting every time...they better close the shop...please look into it...they are loosing valuable customer...they straight away deny service for customer

              Hi,

              On 23.06.2022( at 10 pm approx), i had a hair cut at naturals, navalur outlet ( bill.no.1339/42116) . Bill was rs.177 and i was generous to provide a tip and total amount was rs.227/- . Due to change of my ATM pin by my family member i had swiped my debit card and incorrectly entered it without properly recollecting it. Offered cash but the incharge person at the counter informed that there was no change. He could have immediately told me the other payment options of gpay which he did only after the pin incorrectly entered the next two times. Payment was paid via gpay as i regularly use that. He deliberately took photo of my gpay transaction and embarrassed me publicly.

              I am a reputed person and this inconsiderate way of handling me for a petty amount and causing public embarrassment/ deficiency in services had caused me severe mental agony.

              Need a directly apology from the concerned person( person at counter) responsible for this. My contact number is [protected].

              Plz take necessary action and do the needful on priority.

                We bothered about hair styler who did hair cut for us.. Because he is not understand the local language . Due to this reason what ever instructions we are given for haircut he not able to understand. So we are not satisfied for our money.

                  I had my hair smoothening on 22nd May, I had asked to show her product but she did not shown up the product she wantedly hide that. Later I thought it is branded salon so need not to be worries and got my hair smoothening, later I had been for hair wash on 24th, Looks my hair is good, But after when I washed at home using Loreal Xtenso straitened shampoo, I lost my smoothening completely, I had been charged for 8.5k, for temporary smoothening.
                  I had complain the same for salon and customer care people, both are careless. They haven't got any solution till now.

                  I strongly seems these people are using poor product, else Is this something naturals itsel[censored]sing poor product?

                    I got heel peel treatment done to get my cracked heel repaired. They charged me 2000/- rupees for the treatment. The day I got it done I felt everything fine and gave a good rating. But after three days I noticed cracks as usual. When I spoke to the staff of naturals they told me I need to apply crack heel cream, and maintain my feet.Though I have been doing all these my condition worsened. Really very much dissatisfied by their service.

                      I had a haircut on 21st April 2022 in Naturals salon, East Mada Street, Tiruvanmiyur.. I had quite a decent long hair.. I requested the person to cut layers as I had always had layers in the past but dint have a hair cut in the recent past.. He had literally spoiled my haircut inspite of cutting half of it.. I have luckily taken pic of it tht day post tht.. I dint feel it immediately bcoz he had set my hair differently post tht.. I had paid 1090₹ for tht..

                      My friends in chennai asked me if I'm crazy to take a haircut in chennai instead of Bangalore where I reside.. It was a blunder dfntly.. Now yday I went to a parlour here in Bangalore n had a neat layers cut satisfactorily.. The painful thing is now my hair is in shoulder length..

                      This is painfully not acceptable n my friends told me tht I can complain in Naturals page.. I spent again for my haircut.. This is not fair.. I can send the picture wherever u want me to..

                      Lastly, this hair I have grown 5 years post the cancer treatment I went through n all went away for nothing..

                      Pls look at the picture.. Is it layers??

                        I had been to Naturals Saloon situated at Nallagandla, Hyderabad on 2nd May 2022 for hair cut. My hair length 2 inches v low the shoulder. I requested for feather cut upto shoulder level. The hair stylist has cut my hair very shortly abruptly without giving any shape to the style giving awkward look.He negligently performed his job without attention and ethics.For all the services I have paid Rs
                        4921/- which is a huge.amount.Both back and front side which is not at all cut properly which is giving profuse bad look . How can I attend to Office like this. Really I am upset with the service and the hard earned money paid unnecessarily . Please look into the matter seriously and make a provision to revisit to any of your parlous to get done properly. Really I am extremely upset with the service and he did not guide .and just cut the hair as a lay man. Really it is hurting deeply. Please resolve the issue either refunding or for revisiting for corrections/modifications

                          Not letting customer have services as asked. Making customers feel very uncomfortable without taking the appointment and not letting the service when desired by the customer. the receptionist is very rude and arguing with the customer and giving bad behaviour.

                            These are the effects of heel peel treatment. Am not able to walk even, the chemical burned the skin and it got infected with in 10 min of chemical contact to the skin. Its not prescribed/suggested for diabetic patientsor those who have deep cuts and some other conditions apply. But they didn't check for any prerequisites before doing the treatment. On top of that they argued that the burns are already there before the treatment and the chemical wont react like this. Such a disgusting management. Now doctor suggested week bed rest and not to stand or walk or eat anything as per wish. Serious actions need to be taken.

                            My whole point is how they can treat without checking customer skin type or condition. We won't be aware of these treatments and conditions. As they suggest, we expect better results and accept to proceed with the treatment. But if things went wrong who is responsible. No care for customer.

                              I went to Hoodi Naturals yesterday and asked them for feather cut for my long hair. Receptionist said please wait for 30mins. After 34mins they took me inside and I asked them to do a proper feather cut.lady said I have 10yrs of experience. After looking at my hair she had recommended for hair spa which I accepted. When she started the haircut then I had reiterated. She said madam please have patience I am going to do feathercut. Later when the haircut is done it’s not feathercut. She just cut my hair as she want and did a blow dry. I can even do that at home. When I had complained to the receptionist she said let me call another stylist, so the other stylist had come and said this is leathercut and can’t be done now. Lady who did mine was upset and said begged me please come and I will make you happy now. This was the second mistake I did. She started again by cutting. I said you are not doing what I expect. She just made my hair very very short. I said I want medium length hair. She did more than small. I ran away from there. Paid the bill and left. If they don’t know how to do please tell to customers. Don’t fool the customers. I would like to give a rating 0 for the service they had done. Waste of money and time. I hope someone will really look into this compliant.

                                For two facial they charged 4000 & one hair cut is 1200.but they charged 7600 rps.i don't know the reason.they didn't give any bills and didn't provide any answers about this.please look into this.

                                Naturals tried to rob my money by billing more than the service offered and they haven't provided the bill during my payment after 1hr I went there again and enquired about the bill also the extra amount I suspected, after lots of argument they agreed that they charged 1416rs extra and will refund the same

                                Remember until this point they haven't provided the bill but they have a board in their reception which says "Didn't get Bill, consider our service free"

                                We don't need your service free but charge for what you done and please provide the bill, im still waiting for my bill

                                  My wife did keratin at their Naturals salon & spa branch in Sivakasi on 07th February 2022. They paid a fee of Rs 8000. But within ten days the keratin bun was inactivated. They refuse to settle the matter until the next day if asked the reason at their branch. So, please give us a good answer. Thank you

                                        I visited Bel road naturals on 24th dec for hair color this was my first time hair color I was so excited they spoiled my look
                                        The store manager was least interested to check post 2 weeks I saw the hair color was not suiting my face when I raised complaint they asked me to come to salon
                                        When I reached they check my hair color suggest me hair color all of that was decided i thought they are doing complimentary as they ruined it for first time his store executive also mentioned he will do it

                                        The store manager walks to me when the guy was suppose to apply hair color she said she can max give me 25% discount when I didn't agree to pay anything she was ok for me to walk

                                        Such bad people manage the store and drain the brand name

                                        I would never suggest anyone to walk into naturals
