Naturals — The hair cut and the charges

I've got my hair cut recently at naturals branch located in sv complex, kurnool. I'm really very much disappointed with the haircut and my hair is all ruined. I've paid 1000rs in addition with 18% gst and my hair length is not even upto my shoulders. I've asked the stylist for the suggestion and he said he would give a nice layer cut so the volume would look good. That's the biggest mistake I've done. He completed the hair cut within 15min along with hair wash. Next day after having a proper hairwash I can easily tell the haircut is very unequal and all the hair is curling up and I'm frustrated and I'm unable to go to college with this. I'm really disappointed in you NATURALS salon I'm never going back.
