Naturals Unisex Salon — complaint of bad attitude from naturals salon staff at bellandur
Hi naturals management team,
Here i would like to put a very serious matter in your notice.
I visited naturals salon at bellandur with my 2 kids (6 year and 2 year old respectively) for hair cut of my 2 year old kid.
I booked an appointment and visited accordingly.
After waiting for few minutes, as my 2 year old was crying due to fear of hair cut, i said if they can start it faster. The staff replied very rudely saying you finish your thing we are toh waiting for you.
Then i said, as my kid will cry, instead of doing it outside can we do it inside or else it may create chaos. He replies very rudely that we will do it outside only.
I said i always get it done inside here in this branch, he again rudely say i am seeing you first time.
After hair cut, i could not control myself of bad attitude shown by this staff of naturals salon, so i asked him that he should show right attitude and behave properly with customers else they may get frustrated.
He again rudely replies that how i am talking and i should talk properly.
He also showed very rude behavior in front of my kids and whole staff.
I will not visit this branch of naturals and would really request all to take a step and take alternate options nearby in bellandur.
Attaching a photo i took and marked the person with worst attitude i have seen in my life in all the salons i have visited all over india.
Please note that he started showing reverse attitude to my compliants so much that i had to leave place immediately with my 2 kids. It was totally unbearable to even stay for a single second.
Such a bad unprofessional attitude and staff in your salon will only kill your business.
So feel free to take advice or feel free to ignore it and show reverse attitude as your employee.
A recent user of naturals bellandur, but would not be considering ever this branch and will suggest everyone to not use this.
A customer visits to get service and not to face shopkeepers attitude and get humiliated.
Please first train your staff for how to behave and communicate and talk.
