Direct: +[protected] l cell: +91 [protected] Email: nalini. [protected]@naukri.com I was planning to use their service and they send me a quotation by email. I paid them the money earlier (Before completion of step 1c of their service). I paid them the money, because the sales person wanted to cover their quota for that month and had requested for the payment earlier. So to help them out i sent the payment earlier. After sending the payment, everything was kept on hold because i was waiting for the right time to begin the search of new staff. However my situation changed and i no longer needed any new staff. I asked naukri.com (Sandeep singh, dishank sharma and shweta singh) many times to return the money back to me (Us$4000), i even suggested that they can keep us$500 for their troubles and return us$3, 500 back to me, but they refused to return the money back. Based on thee terms and conditions mentioned in their quotation, the payment was due to them after we completed step 1c of the process. However we did not even start working on the step 1. The payment was sent with an intention to use their service and was made in good faith. I am so disappointed and shocked that an indian company can do this to another indian (Nri). The payment was made as below Transaction id for the purchase is :[protected] usd3, 702.71 Transaction id for the purchase is :[protected] usd396 - paypal Below is the chain of some of the emails From: vijay mahbubani - video plus print Sent: 15 march 2016 20:21 To: 'nalini aggarwal' Cc: shweta singh ; dishank sharma ; sandeep singh ; geetika singh ; shobhana tiwari Subject: re: call-job descriptions-video plus print Hi nalini, I have had a brain storm session with my team and after seeing all sides of the situation, it seems we are still not geared to open an office in india. In light of this, i would like to request for the funds to be refunded back to me for now. Our plans for india office still remain, but possible in about 1 year from now. You can deduct us$500 from the money i have sent to you for all the follow up and support you have given me until date. I have had a good experience working with your company until date and i am likely to use your company as soon as we are ready to open the india office. You can return the funds to hong kong or deposit the funds in rupees to a personal account in pune. Thanks for your understanding Vijay Shweta singh Reply all| Fri 8/5/2016 7:25 pm To: Vijay mahbubani - video plus print Cc: Dishank sharma ; Sandeep singh Inbox Dear vijay, Hope you are doing well!! As your services got expired last month and you failed to use the same in 1 year. The best we can do is to give free recruitment service for one of the profile any time in future. Thanks, Shweta "from: vijay mahbubani - video plus print Sent: friday, august 5, 2016 8:00 pm To: shweta singh Cc: dishank sharma; sandeep singh Subject: re: call-job descriptions-video plus print Hi, I cannot tell you how disappointed i am with your email. 1. I emailed your company few months ago, no one bothered to reply me. It is so convenient for you that the contract has expired, isn't it? 2. My service should start 1 year after i have actually used your service, not 1 year after sending the payment. 3. My service agreement includes 5 profiles not 1 profile. Your e-hire pdf agreement clearly states that the payment is due after you have completed step 1. The below is step 1 that has not yet been completed. I trusted your company and i sent you the payment well in advance of completing step 1. Your below email tells me that i made a mistake in trusting you! My payment to you was an intent to use your service, however we have not yet used your service. You need to refund the full money back, otherwise i will have no choice but to take legal action against your company.in addition to that, i will have no choice but to talk about your working ethics on social media and the internet. Step 1:- validation of the profile & booking the order our team of recruiters will validate the profile (S), i. E., check if we have relevant cvs available in our existing database of over 42 million cvs matching your job description / requirements. send sample cvs of the matching profile for your review. after having your positive feedback on sample cvs, we will proceed further by submitting a service Delivery promise.in this, we will inform you as to how many cvs we can deliver matching sample cvs. now it is when we will ask you to “make payment” to book your order and register you as a client to start working on your profile.
