Navata Road Transport — Charging extra amount other than bill amount for booking and delivery

I have received rice bags from my native place. Booking people charged extra amount for booking with no receipt. Even at the delivery place, they are charging amount though all the billed amount is paid. Took 6 days to deliver.
Kindly look in to this and see that the customers are not charged unnecessarily. It seems that private travels/rtc bus services in transporting goods are better and this is an alternate solution people have. Thank you.

I have transported my TVS Jupiter miyapur navata transport to vizag. I received my scooter with huge dents on both sides. When I went to hyd office to report the damage, they didn't bother much and said they not responsible for any damages. Interesting thing is they charged 300/- extra for packaging vehicle for which no bill provided.
