I am writing to file a formal complaint against NAVATA Transport Company regarding a missing consignment and their lack of response to my repeated inquiries.

I booked a consignment with NAVATA Transport Company on 2nd November 2024, which was supposed to be delivered to Hyderabad by 5th November 2024. However, the consignment has not been delivered, and it appears to have been lost in transit. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their customer service team over the past week, I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my shipment.
This lack of communication and resolution is highly disappointing and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher level of service and accountability from NAVATA Transport Company.
