Ndpl — no response from customer service

Hi sir,

We are a tpddl customer in rohini, ca [protected]. Sir, we want to increase the sanctioned load, for which we have been trying to contact customer service which is unreachable. We have tried the following before reaching out to you.

1. I first called 19124, they told me that the request for load enhancement is not being taken through 19124, register a request online for it.
2. Tried the online portal to raise the request which says
"the request can not be registered right now due to the request can not be registered as there are requests with status open.in case of any further assistance, you may feel free to contact our 24x7 helpline number at 19124."
3. Tried calling 19124/[protected] which says all executives are busy and automatically disconnects, i've tried this for 5 days now.
4. Then i tried reaching out to the csm, for rohini, contact number as mentioned on tpddl website=[protected] which is switched off for 3 days.
5. After being unsuccessful in all my attempts, i'm writing this email to you to get things sorted for me and look into the service that tpddl is providing its customers.

Sir, this is a small issue (Probably) but what if there's fire at someone's place or some dangerous issue and the customer is not able to reach out to you and an accident happens?
