My name is mohammed mujeeb ullah a resident of tolichowki, hyderabad. I applied for an education loan for my son mujtaba for studying abroad through neo corporate solution. I will go through the complete details including the screenshot of all emails that has been sent to me from the company whilst i feel being cheated and scammed. I first came in contact with neo corporate solution on 30/10/2018 and they asked for my documents like kyc, pan card, bank statement, salary slips etc. They sent me an email on 05/11/2018 that i'm eligible for a loan of 8 lacs for a period of 5 years i. E 60 months in a loan offer letter they asked me to pay a processing fee of rs. 2, 950/- (2500/- + 450/-gst). I agreed to the offer and paid the amount while sending the signed copy of this offer letter on 09/11/2018. They contacted me via email again on 26/11/2018 regarding pendencies in the documents which i completed on 28/11/2018. Then on 06/12/2018 i received an approval letter from them that i'm now eligible for a loan of 7 lacs for a period of 10 years i. E 120 months and now they wanted me to pay an approval fee of 31, 152/- (26, 400 approval charges and 4, 752 as gst). I was unable to understand how my eligibility changed from loan offer letter and loan approval letter. Any way i was even fine with that as well and i paid the approval fee of 31, 152/- on 11/12/2018 i will attach the copy of the payment information when i paid this approval i was assured by the consultant saurabh who was dealing the case at this time that after paying this amount the loan will be sanctioned by some simple documentation just by signing and sending them but then i received the legal documents from neo corporate solution on 13/12/2018. The documents included affidavit, letter of guarantee, irrevocable power of attorney, guarantee bond, solvency certificate of myself and my guarantor, formality letter they informed that i will be guided by their legal team in a couple of days but i received the call on 18/12/2018 and the person named mahesh guided me towards the application and he mentioned that i need to take the print on stamp paper and get the paper notarized also he said that i need to get the solvency certificate for me and my guarantor and the time provided will be 7 days from 13/12/2018 from which i already lost 3 working days. I would like to mention that i maintain a savings account in canara bank. I went to the bank manager of canara bank for the issuance of the solvency certificate but the manager denied that i cannot get any solvency certificate because it is a savings bank account and they can only give the certificate for business personnel. I informed the same to the company but they were deliberate that we have received the same certificate from other customer. I requested them to send me the copy of the solvency certificate on 19/12/2018 given by the canara bank to other customer. They agreed and send me the certificate on 26/12/2018, this certificate they gave me was regarded as fake by the canara bank manager because it was printed on a stamp paper and the bank manager informed me that no manager is authorised to sign a stamp paper for any kind of certificate. So, he said that the certificate given was fake. But i then requested the bank to give me some kind of confirmation certificate which mentions my account details etc the bank agreed and gave me a confirmation certificate for the bank account details and customer relation with me. I forwarded the document along with the similar certificate from icici bank in which my guarantor's account is maintained on 05/1/2019. The company reverted back saying that the certificate given to them is invalid and cannot be accepted. They then wanted me to submit the solvency certificate only. I again requested the bank manager for the solvency certificate and he said that firstly he won't give it for the savings account but due to repeated requests he wanted me to submit a net worth under my name which i did and got the solvency certificate. Now for the guarantor i tried the same thing but as per icici bank as my guarantor's account is a salary account the icici bank will not issue the solvency certificate as the compliance team is certain that this cannot be issued i also asked the bank that i will submit the net worth and balance sheet along with all documents but they still denied for issuance of solvency certificate. I requested the neo corporate solution that i cannot submit the solvency for my guarantor but they do not listen to me also they do not accept the solvency certificate from a chartered accountant. Please help me as clearly the neo corporate solution is asking for such type of certificate which cannot be given for a savings account or a salary account. I have sent the solvency certificate to neo corporate solution under my name from canara bank and the confirmation certificate under my guarantor name from icici bank on 19/1/2019.
But i'm still concerned that the company will deny the loan sanction. I have been informed by the icici bank that solvency certificate is issued for current accounts and business account only and not for the salary account under any circumstances. My son's (Mujtaba) university deadline for payment of fee is 31/1/2019 and i need this loan as soon as possible. That is the reason why i feel that i have been cheated by the neo corporate solution as they repeatedly ask for the solvency certificate which cannot be given for salary account. Please help me.
The loan was approved to me and i have submitted all the documents along with the solvency certificate under the main applicant's name along with all the legal documents what is the need for extra solvency under my guarantor's name while he has provided all legal documents and his personal information.
Please help me in getting justice for the loan sanction as i'm eligible and all my documents are submitted. Also the consultant mahesh never listens to any requests like i keep on telling him that the bank doesn't provide the solvency certificate but he keeps on threatening me that the deadline for submission of documents is near and he will close the file.
I really hope that neo corporate solution accepts the documents this time. Also it is worth mentioning that whenever i try to call neo corporate solution they tell me that mahesh is the only one that can check with you case and help you and he will be working from 2pm when i call at 2pm they say that they will arrange a call back from him and never transfer the call to him i end up waiting for 2 to 3 hours to receive a call back this happens all the time.
