Subject : harassment of customer and not sanction loan after 3 months

One of company located at jaipur, rajasthan india (Neo fincorp) earlier
(Neo corporate solution)
In reference to my loan application was submitted on 1 june 2019 with reference loan no. Neo/5006000, i was submitted all credential as per requirement along with file processing charge of rs. 2, 950 /- for (Consultancy fee, cibil verification charge, publication fees, documentation fees & advocate fees)
After that, i was paying amount of rs.2, 950 through neft for file processing fee and i receive a confirmation on (Tue, jul 30, 7:10 pm) from neo fincorp for loan approval of amount rs. 6 lakh and they demand rs. 31, 152 more for loan approval { (₹26, 400/- as approval charges + ₹4, 752 as gst) (Includes consultancy fees, stamp fees, verification charges& guarantee bond charges with gst)}
After that they are not return my legal document, telephone conversation record as well as other relevant.
Even if they return processing fee, what about my time waste?
So please be aware of this fraud ism!!
Don't waste time here, they take a long time and reject loan after giving you loan approval letter.
They can change there rule and policies any time.
So don't pay first, even they send you loan approval letter
