I applied a loan in neo fincorp on 25st june, 2021. First they asked me to pay loan processing fees of rs.2, 950/- after i received loan approval letter. They asked me to pay rs. 9000/- as loan approval charges. I paid loan approval charges also. Totally i paid rs.12, 000/- rupees.
After that they send me legal documents.in legal documents i can't provide solvency certificate. Sbi branch manager told we can't provide solvency certificate...

I applied personal loan in neo fincorp jaipur they ask me file processing charges 2950 I paid on 6/9/21 after that I got approval letter on 16/09/21 and then they ask approval charges 25252 this amount also I paid on 18/9/21 after that they are not responding and not returned my amount also so this company is fraud company don't believe this company...

I had applied for a loan which obviously neo fincorp never approved citing reasons as such as solvency certificate which is not provided by any bank. Told neo fincorp person vinay and vikas from legal team to speak to the hdfc bank staff - as hdfc bank staff was ready to speak to them and explain that they cannot provide the solvency certificate for a loan but they denied doing that.
