Neo Fincorp — Not returning processing amount

I applied personal loan in neo fincorp jaipur they ask me file processing charges 2950 I paid on 6/9/21 after that I got approval letter on 16/09/21 and then they ask approval charges 25252 this amount also I paid on 18/9/21 after that they are not responding and not returned my amount also so this company is fraud company don't believe this company
