I applied a loan in neo fincorp on 25st june, 2021. First they asked me to pay loan processing fees of rs.2, 950/- after i received loan approval letter. They asked me to pay rs. 9000/- as loan approval charges. I paid loan approval charges also. Totally i paid rs.12, 000/- rupees.
After that they send me legal documents.in legal documents i can't provide solvency certificate. Sbi branch manager told we can't provide solvency certificate to you. They told me that solvency certificate is compulsory. They didn't told me about solvency certificate before paying loan approval charges. After that i cancelled application and refund my amount. Still now 20 days completed. Till now amount is not credited to my account. They didn't respond correctly when i am asking my refund amount. Same things happening to all because any of the bank will not give you a solvency certificate id a totally fraud company they will not pay back money . Was this information helpful? |
