I had applied for a loan which obviously neo fincorp never approved citing reasons as such as solvency certificate which is not provided by any bank. Told neo fincorp person vinay and vikas from legal team to speak to the hdfc bank staff - as hdfc bank staff was ready to speak to them and explain that they cannot provide the solvency certificate for a loan but they denied doing that. The loan was applied in feb 2020 and till date they kept me hanging stating we are looking into it. I had paid rs. 2950 and rs. 20532/- as processing and approval charges to which they said that they will refund only 50% of rs. 2950 and 60% of rs. 20532 if the loan is declined. After making me wait for 8 months neo fincorp declined the loan on 11th aug 2020 and said that within 5 to 7 working days the refund of rs. 11690 will come to my given bank account details which has not come yet. I gave them complete bank account details with the correct account holders name and also a copy of blank cancelled cheque but everyday they are giving the same excuse that there is some problem with my account as the money is not getting credited. I told them that please mention the correct name as i have given in the account holders name but they are not doing that and when questioning mr. Vinay on it he rudely says you have given the money to neo finserv and neo finserv is not giving your money back so dont complain to me just send emails. Vinay and vikas are the personnel who was communicating with me from neo fincorp and now vinay is saying not to call him and not to complain regarding the refund. I dont understand now what should i do.
