[Resolved] Nestaway — flat offboarding process | |||
I have an issue with your offboarding process and despite it showing as level 3 escalation stage no action been taken so far. Sr no. Sc_02166758 The house was vacant from 4th jan and the recovery for damages were already collected. As they couldn't find a tenant we requested for offboarding last month end. The amount deducted from the tenant is with nestaway for last 2 and half months and despite which the repair work has not been started yet and they are purposely delaying the off boarding process. Pathetic service. Strongly don't recommend them to any of my friends. Was this information helpful? | |||
