Nestaway Technologies — Security deposit refund and remove extra added unnecessary move out charges


Property name D 402 Gk jewel city. Location: Bengaluru. I moved i to the house on Jan 2022 amd moved out of the house on 29th of Jan 2023. When I moved into the house on Jan 2022 I had so many problems with the house ( sofa was not at all in a useable condition, shoe rack was with two broken leg and was suspended by gym free weights, bed was broken in one corner and so many other problems). After continuously following up with the person who helped me move in to the house it was mot resolved and my property manager (Dhananjay) resigned his job. I didn’t have any contact and it took me 4 months to followup with NestAway customer care thorugh calls and mails to give me concerned number of the person who is responsible. I called him, no response. Messaged him told he has raised complaint and said that there is no response from the management (all of which I have proofs for) and he turned unresponsive. They had sent a person for the repairs in the initial days and he had only fixed new curtain rods, fixed new mirror and tightened the loose bolts and when asked about major issue he didn’t have an answer and told he will come back and never showed up. I gave up on the issue and started managing however the house was. Now during my moveout the manager had called me in the morning and I asked him to come to the property for inspection when I am in the property waited for multiple hours called multiple times(for which I have proofs for) but never showed up and suggested to give the house keys to the security. I was fined a hefty amount in my last house during moveout and wanted to be there for inspection. After I left the property on 29th after an hour he had called me to ask for the move out otp. I asked him if there are any problem In the house and he mentioned about a tube light and a broken handgun holder and I insisted again and asked he said nothing in a rude tome and cut the phone. Now after moving out they have billed me for the broken sofa, shoerack, cot and bed combined and what not. Apart from my rent of 34k which they owe me now after all the charges now I owe nestaway close to 60k. I dont known if nestaway is out of their mind to even ask me for such an amount. There was a video taken when I moved in for the inspection by Antony, I want the team to go through it and see what were the damages. I will pay for the painting charges but I want my security deposit back leaving the painting, one tubelight and a handgun holder. This is an extremely unprofessional behaviour of not responding or being present when there is an absolute need and upon that its so unethical to add random charges and bill the tenet upto 60k after detucting my entire security deposit.
