[Resolved]  Nestaway Technologies — Dues not cleared after vacating rented property.

I rented 3 BHK property from Nestaway in Miyapur, Hyderabad on 01/10/22. After living for 9 months, I vacated the property on 02/07/23. As per Nestaway policy, my deposit amount shall be refunded within 7 days. After clearing all the dues, Nestaway is supposed to refund me Rs.2000. However, this didn't happened. The due of Rs.2000 to be paid by Nestaway is related to electricity bill charges, which is already paid and evidence shared with Nestaway team also. However, they're making excuses and asking for more time for refund. For the information, Nestaway isn't responsible for electricity charges, it's solely bear by tenants living in the property. Still they've blocked my money.
So kindly help me on this issue. I've attached electricity bill payment receipt for your reference. The bill is in the name of home owner.
