Nestaway Technologies — Nestaway Technologies Refund of security deposit for House id: 25424
I was a tenant of Nestaway. After I left their flat, they are not returning my security deposit amount of Rs 12681
Its been 2.5 years still same problem
I vacated the flat on[protected]. They were supposed to return the security deposit to me within a week of vacating.(screen shot of there policy attached)
They also made false status on their portal that the security deposit was with the owner. I also tried to contact the owner. But he is also says, it is pending with Nestaway, not with him.
I also raised a ticket with the Nestaway team september 2020

But they are not replying since almost 1 month and are not returning the money.
Now, other than this amount, I also request to impose some heavy fine for the case of mental torture on NESTWAY.

At the time of booking, we collect the deposit from you and transfer it to the owner. Upon your move out, we submit a settlement report to the owner and advise any deductions according to the house condition, the status o[censored]tility bills, and policy-related charges. Post this, the owner is required to refund your amount after deductions as appropriate. We are following up with the owner on your behalf and unfortunately, he is taking time to refund it.
