Nestaway — No proper service provided

I have moved into a house on june 10th through nestaway, no keys for the house are provided, the door as to be left open and we recently had an uninvited guest into our house which is snake, a russells viper which is the 4th most venomous snake. The house has an inverter which does not work, even after repetitive follow ups no one is even bothered to get back to us. When we call the customer care all they say is either "raise a ticket" or "someone will call you in sometime". No one ever called us back. The doors do not even have knobs. I am also attaching a pic of one of the snakes we caught.
