We vacated our flat 202 in vidya heritage plaza, doddanekundi on sept 5, 2020. We gave prior 1 month notice and scheduled our inspection on sept 5, 2020 12'o clock. We waited till 6, the person did not show up. We tried calling him time and again and tried reaching him following morning. Still he did not show up. We have been asking for house inspection and advance for more than 20+ days now. None has come for inspection or prompted us about advance. We have been filing repeated complaints in their portal. No response. When we called the inspection manager, he sounds rude and says "escalate, do what you can". The person's name is naveen kumar. We want valid answers and our money back. The entire agency is treating us with disrespect. The site is also not updated with the security amount they need to return to us. We need to get back 1, 26, 000.

We vacated our flat 202 in vidya heritage plaza, doddanekundi on sept 5, 2020. we raised inspection date on sept 5, 2020 as per notice period norms. We have been asking for house inspection and advance for more than 20+ days now. None has come for inspection or prompted us about advance. We have been filing repeated complaints asking for our advance as we are on tight money crunch . No response. When we called the inspection manager, he sounds rude and says " escalate, do what you can". The person's name is Naveen Kumar. We want valid answers and our money back. The entire agency is treating us with disrespect . The site is also not updated with the security amount they need to return to us. It is 1, 26, 000. I have all the required prooofs to take it legally
