Nestaway home rental services had approached me in february 2019 for my 2 bhk flat at malad west. They promised me a rent with tds deduction deposited every month in my account. The rent was deposited for the first 3 months and then the slack started. No rents, reduced amount than that promised, irregularities and no one answering calls when i try to follow up.
In october 2019, i sent them a mail that i want to discontinue with them and gave them a month's notice but they have still not emptied my flat nor do they pick up calls when my agent tries to contact them.

Updated by g_moily The person concerned employed with Nestaway are Ramesh ([protected]) and Salman ([protected]). Both of them are not concluding on my issues. Neither are they responding. Looks like a legal action is necessary.
