Nestaway — security deposit refund issue

I have rented an apartment on 5 march 2019 from nestaway in hyderabad. G-202 bhavya tulsivanam, kukatpalli by paying 52000 as security deposit.
I checked out on 21 august and i have to pay 6200 rs as society charges which nestaway told me that they will pay in 5 to 7. Days.
Now they are not responding to my calls and their customer care number is not working.
Can someone please help me as i feel cheated by nestaway and the owner of the flat who is in usa.
