Nestaway — security deposit refund not received - moved out on march 29th | |||
I have raised move out request on march 16th for march 29th and have moved on march 29th from nestaway flat. Since then i was waiting for my security deposit to be refunded and move out inspection to be. I totally understand that due to covid-19 lockdown situation inspection couldn't be done, due to which my security deposit has not be refunded. But i was informed by nestaway customer care folks that inspection would be done by may 13th. I did not hear back from anyone since march 29th and have been patiently waiting for some resolution. I have been constantly updating service requests, but no luck. Above all these, unnecessary charges (April month rent, april-june month utility and maintenance costs) have been levied upon me and reflects on my dashboard. Why should i pay? When i dont stay in the flat anymore. Service requests raised for the same has been unattaneded. Multiple email communications has been sent from my side, yet no response. Customer care doesnt call up and talk about my move out status and neither do they respond properly to my requests.. Very bad and unprofessional treatment for tenants.
