Nestaway Technologies — 50 k Refund not received

This is regarding a flat that I rented through nestaway in the month end of march. The address is Manju Nest, Door No. 301 Begur, Bangalore.
My move-in was not possible due to covid-19 lockdown in the month of march. I had paid the deposit of 33000 and I even paid April month’s rent 11000 and nestaway fees of 5500.
I was told by one of your executive that I could pay the due rent now and it will be refunded later on and also suggested not to pay any rent until I move in. I even got an email from the nestaway side that the amount will be refunded the month’s rent, screenshots are attached.
As the lockdown extended the move-in date was also also automatically updated in the app to a later date. I am not able to contact any nestaway executive so I raised service tickets regarding this issue. In response your team contacted and told me that the rent will start from the date I move-in to the house. I was asked for a move-in date, and as there is a statewise lockdown here in my hometown and also being unsure about the situation, I replied month of September. Later on, the nestaway team told me that the owner wants to release the bed and that they will schedule move-out and a move-out team will be contacting me. How am I supposed to move out when I've not even moved in?
I was told this on the very starting of June and it’s been over 3 months and no one contacted me regarding this. I raised many service requests regarding this but there is no response. You guys are incurring some unnecessary charges of 40 k for notice period charges even when I was told that the owner wants to cancel. Why am I supposed to pay moveout if haven’t even moved-in. Is this the way a customer should be treated. I was told that i’ll get the complete refund. I don’t even have the keys of the flat. I want my refund to be processed as soon as possible and that includes deposit as well the few months rent that I had paid.
