Nestaway Technologies — Abrupt Rent Increase

Hi Team,

This is to complain about the abrupt rent increase being asked which is a violation of agreement terms.

My rental agreement was renewed effective 31-Oct-2023 with a 6 months lock-in period. Your team is not honoring the agreement

It's not even been 2 months I am being chased via whatsapp by your team to increase the rent by massive 52% from existing rent of Rs 26211 to Rs 40000

As per agreement rent should mutually be agreed every 11 months, it's really not fair to increase this huge amount in between an active ongoing agreement.

Any such major rent deviation plan should be informed in advance at least 3-4 months formal notice for me to plan things properly

I have travel plans and marriages to attend in Jan-Mar and it's really in-convenient to go through this house hunt this time.

Have been loyal customers of nestaway for 5+ years. Have taken house via Nestaway brand with trust, I am really surprised by this situation

Request your intervention in this regard and help to ensure the signed agreement be honored
