Hi, I recently shifted to a flat at a-601, tarang orchids, sec 28 faridabad, haryana from nestaway and i asked for ac installation by the representative and they charged 1200 per month for the ac and they told me ac will be installed in 3-4 working days. Now it has been 15 days and still no clue of the ac installation. And now the sales represntative is also not taking my calls. I am frustrated with this experience, i am being charged for services which i am not even using and furthermore nobody is listening. Nestaway sucks. Do not consider it, they only entertain you untill you havent paid them, once the payment is made they dont even listen to you calls/complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
