[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — account id[protected] | |||
I am a tenant at Nestaway Bangalore and am asked to pay very high internet bill for the past two months(April and May, 2019). The usual bill I had been getting until the month of March was only upto Rs.500/-. However, In April and May I received bills of Rs.1770/- and Rs.3020/- respectively despite having little use of the internet. I managed to reach the customer service of ACT and have received an update on the plans which has changed every month. No concurrence or information was shared by Nestaway regarding change in Internet plans offered. I tried reaching the customer service of Nestaway multiple times, but failed to get any response. The query has been raised on Dashboard with four levels of escalation, and have not received any update. Nestaway should intervene and get this resolved as we are paying for your service.
