[Resolved]  Nestaway Technologies — advance deposit not returned from leasing company, after 20 days, need help

Company: nestaway (Other names zenify, city synapse)

On behalf of my owner rohit jain (Whom i found through apartment community portal), zenify represented and i signed a lease for the 3bhk. I stayed for 2 years until 6 feb 2019. Vacated on 4th feb and handed over keys on 6th feb. Inspection was done by a vendor from house zone. The move in report was not referred to when move out inspection was done.

I had paid 1, 59, 000 as advance deposit. As per agreement, i'm supposed to get part of my advance deposit (Excl 2mths rent) within 3 working days and the remaining amount after repairs and fixes are done. I should be getting back 1, 50, 000rs at least.

In jan 2019, i got a mail from zenify that their company was getting acquired by nestaway. All the phone numbers of zenify stopped working. Even if i call back the same number they called from, it will go as disconnected. [protected]@zenify.in sent me a bill with multiple issues, even though i had submitted the house in very good condition. They asked me to pay 65000 for repairs. When i wrote back to them that i'll fix the place, no one responded. There is no phone number to reach them zenify. None of my mails were getting responded.

From nestaway, they had provided 1 number. Even that was not working for 10 days. Nestaway.com sent me a mail that i need to pay to nestaway, but actually they need to send me. After searching nestaway’s office, i found 1 or 2 people very responsive. They opened the apartment and showed me and found painting was already done and only 1 or 2 issues were fixed among the 30 issues zenify sent me bill for. After several mails and rounds of calculations, i am now charged 20000 for repairs and am supposed to get refund rs.1, 30, 000.

Nestaway mentioned that they will pay me soon. But that date has not come yet. Its more than 20 days. Why are people greedy for other's money? Why people want to enjoy and make use of other's money? Why do my legal rights have to be exploited?

Solution:
Nestaway should pay my hard earned money immediately, with interest.
Can someone help me fix this and get back my money?
Or should i go to the court?
