Nestaway Technologies — after move out full security amount not refundable by nestaway

I moved out from nestaway on 06/3/2020, nestaway deducted my security amount approx 1800 for utilities charges while i am in under home assure. I submitted all proof to nestaway regarding electrity bill payment, but still didn't refund me. I want to do a fir/ case on nestaway for their unnecessary deductions.
