Nestaway Technologies — Agreement related and dashboard updation | |||
I have taken internal transfer on[protected] within nestaway apartment. Till now, I have not received the house agreement, the dashboard is not updated with correct details, the geysar is not fitted. I have raised several complaints through nestaway application, sent an email to the legal team and a person named "faraz" who seemed to be the manager but there was no response for anything. Now its one month the issue is not resolved. So, i called the customer care and the representative promised for a callback for the resolution. Even the callback never happened. Though I am paying my rent on time.. This issue should be taken in priority Was this information helpful? | |||
