Nestaway Technologies — amount charged for move in service incorrectly | |||
I was not provided the cupboard keys and locker keys when i moved in in the first week of june. As suggested by the nestaway manager anu, i had raised the ticket for the same immediately and the duplicate keys were made and provided to me. But i have been charged 500 for the same. I was told i won't be charged as they never provided me the keys. Sr no. Sc_01390626. Please waive this charges as it was their mistake to not provide me the keys when moved in.
