I have made a payment of 6400 as booking amount for property ID 6514 on Monday night Tuesday called agents after many times follow up they said Tuesday Is work holiday. And there is no proper customer support. Where I have not been served I want my money to be refunded. And in property details page no where it was mentioned that booking amount is non refundable. When I am not being served I should be given my money back. This amount is not small. The same day I asked for cancellation and refund when I was not shown house. Don't rob me this way, and kindly refund my money.
