[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — charged extra for internet | |||
I have been paying every month to nestaway and for the past 4 months to act for my internet. Nestaway has charged me extra 5500 for internet stating it is previous bills. My internet plan is just 699/- (Fixed) I can provide a proof that i have paid every month for the past 8 months i have stayed in their property. Either i have paid directly to nestaway or to act. They do not respond to your service request also clearly. When i contact act, they ask me to ignore nest away charges and they are also charging me for the previous dues. Dont know whats happening. I dont even have an option to disconnect my internet. I'm so frustrated. It's funny that they have charged me almost 13k for the past 8 months just for internet. Both nestaway and act. I really would like to raise a complaint legally! Any help would be appreciated Was this information helpful? | |||

This issue is still not resolved.
Today I got a message saying I will lose the access to my apartment if I dont pay the bill that you guys charged me INCORRECTLY.
This is ridiculous.
