I'm aahliya. This is to file a complaint against the aggressive behavior against one of my flatmate vidhyashree n. Despite of having an attached washroom, she keeps using the other washroom which nestaway guy told me that belongs to my room. She doesn't flush every time she uses it. I and my roommate anaya, have asked her not to use it but she doesn't listens to us. Its really a mental torture to clean the washroom everytime. We told her not to use our washroom so she said that it's in common area so its belongs to everyone and all can use the washroom anytime. Also, she doesn't allow us to use the clothes stand. As per her understanding the belcony is attached to her room so anything kept in the belcony belongs to her. I agree she is paying extra for the belcony so its belongs to her but i don't think that the clothes stand also belongs to her as the nestaway guys told me that it's common. When i used it she told me that it belongs to her and i should purchase a new clothes stand for my room. Please clarify if the clothes stand provided by nestaway only belongs to room 1 and can we use it or not. Things are getting very dirty and it's really hard to live with her everyday. Recently when i tried to use the clothes stand she locked the belcony and when i got angry and told her not to use the router as it is kept in my room. She came to my room and got aggressive and physical with me. She brought the router cable near to my neck and pushed me out of my room and broke the router power adapter and after that she cut off the cable wire. The network range comes in her room but in my room without wifi my phone is useless as there is no network and internet connection. It has been 3 days now. I have already filed a complaint with the area manager but no action is taken so far against her. Apart from breaking the router she broke my personal belonging too. I request you to look into this matter and take serious action against her. I'm threatened of her. I'm attaching photos for you reference. Please take a strict action against her. Also one of her male friend keeps visiting this flat. Me and my roommate are not comfortable. I have seen him washing clothes in our washing machine. Please provide a clarity on this too that can male friends come to our house. I'm not able attach photos when the nestaway person will visit the house i can show the pictures to him.
