Nestaway Technologies — deposit amount not reversed i ticket/cc_08415263

No reply received from nestaway technologies on the ticket id: /cc_08415263. Issue has been escalated on various platforms and internal ticketing system and there's no response from leadership and support teams.

The amount i had paid during move in was rs 48, 450/- (6900 for brokerage one time convenience fee) rest is[protected] per month rent * 3).

Amt i've received is rs 28, 962/- (Pending from nestway rs12, 538/-)

I've already written to [protected]@nestaway.com,
[protected]@nestaway.com and amerandra sahu (Ceo of nestaway). Sadly no one has reverted since 2 months.

Damage Description Tyre can be run-flat due to prolonged usage of tyres in low or zero
pressure leading to dislocation of casing ply or other tyre inner liner
components. This damage is seen as scrubbing, mottling or
creasing of rubber on inner liner/sidewall or rupture of casing ply.

This is ridiculous explanation and clear cut escaping from a manufacturing defect. It's crystal clear that the Tyre lost air pressure all of a sudden resulting in flat followed by a huge sound. The entire inner side wall had deeply sliced. Prior to the drive I had topped the usual 34 psi and didn't notice any leak. All this has happened due to Tyre not being able to sustain high pressure nearer to the inner side wall which is an engineering design issue which is being written off as a foreign material/regular flat. The Tyre should've held the pressure or ideally started leaking during the air top up itself if there was a puncture. Michelin has sent a generic blurb and wrote off this issue as mishandling of Tyre. I'm an hardcore enthusiast who's a repeating pilot sport customer and giving this type of customer service is totally uncalled for.
