Nestaway Technologies — Deposit not received | |
Hi, I have vacated the Nestaway house which I had stayed for more than 1 and a half years this July. And since then I am trying to contact the owner and Nestaway team. Both seem to be unreachable. The owner ignores my calls on purpose. I recently got a email from Nestaway saying that the owner is not responding to their requests since a long time but has agreed to refund the deposit. I have given Rs 50 thousand deposit to Nestaway. They mentioned they would only be refunding Rs 30 thousand. I used to stay in a 400 sqft 1 bhk and they have deducted Rs 20 thousand. I have requested them a detailed breakdown as to why there is so much deduction and I have no reply from them since a month, nor any deposit refund. It's been more than 2 and a half months and my money is not being refunded or I cannot reach them out in any way as they don't reply. After I vacated they still kept on adding rent payment pending in my dashboard and also had added late payment fees for the rent. Was this information helpful? | |
