Nestaway Technologies — Deposit not refunded by Nestaway

I was staying in a nestaway for over 2 years. One fine evening i got a mail from nestaway stating that the owner has decided to off board the property and we will have to vacate within 2 weeks. We tried to negotiate with the notice period but it was of no use. However, we managed to move out within the given time and we were told that the security deposit of 42000 will be refunded within a week. It’s been almost 2 months despite raising innumerable service requests and calls they aren’t responding like they should. Nestaway is a fraud company. Think before taking their services. Later we got to know from the house owner that Nestaway cheated him as well by telling him that the tenants have moved out and they kept on taking the rent for themselves without giving any amount to the house owner.
