It's been 5 days since i moved out of the home on 11 june but they haven't sent the deposit refund even after raising service requests and yesterday escalating the request. There has been no intimation from you regarding the move out or about when i will receive my refund. They've even closed your phone lines and haven't even sent a mail confirming my move out or the status of my refund. All they do is keep saying "we'll get back to you" to save face on social media. NestAway Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 19, 2020 Updated by SahilSawant38 It's been 10 days since moving out inspection, and I still have no word from them regarding my deposit refund even after raising multiple service requests and escalations. They just reply here to reviews saying send us your email ID but it's all a facade. They don't do anything to solve customer grievances. All they are apt at doing is coming up with new ways of taking away your money.
