[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — Didn't receive my security deposit back | |||
I didn't receive my security deposit and my previous customer request was closed. My whole security deposit was settled. The chimney was not working since I moved in that house. But I was charged for that. Washing machine was working properly still I was charged for that. All the switch, bulbs, tubelight, fan everything was working properly still amount was deducted. All the other appliances and shower, taps, exhaust fan was working properly in my washroom still I was charged on that. Coming to the main door lock, me and my fellow tentants we changed the lock after consulting and reaching out to your Nestaway customer service. After raising 4-5 service request when nobody came to repair the lock we ourselves called a guy and changed the lock but you guys charged me for that. And all the other things were working properly but all unnecessary charges has been added to my account and my account has been settled while the other tenants got their full deposit back. A guy from your customer service called me and told that I will receive my full refund that is 15k back within a week and after that all the amount was settled with false charges. Totally unprofessional. I was about to book Nestaway again from January but now I won't recommend anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
