[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — electricity bill not paid by nestaway

Hi, i have been staying in nestaway for the past 6 months.. Every alternate month i am paying the utility bill..in spite of regular payments, nestaway has not paid the bill to the local electricity board.. As a result, the power supply to our flat has been cut.. The so-called 'property managers' and 'concerned department people' are useless to say the least.. I was given free internal transfer and still I was asked to pay onboarding charges. I have raised several service requests regarding the refund and haven't got any response. As per my discussion with customer care I was told that I should have paid 20000 but ended up paying 34800. The difference in the amount should be refunded.
