Nestaway Technologies — Electricity Bill Payment

I rented a shared apartment from Nestaway in February 2017. They said that the electricity was to be paid separately and each tenant can partially pay his/her own bill. But a consolidated bill came instead, which had a pending amount of 10, 551 INR from previous tenants' usage. The nestaway team promised to pay the entire amount and split up the bill accordingly. But the team never made the payment and the line was disconnected. Their customer service is disgusting. They do not call their customers back. They are rude and unhelpful. Totally disgusted with their services. DO NOT OPT FOR NESTAWAY. It's a fraud company.
