I have received the worst service from you guys for my own money.
This is probably the 50th time i have been trying to reach out to you for my own money. My deposit has to be refunded but i still did not receive it and it's been more than 15 days.
It is really tough in this pandemic situation to move into another house as my money is stuck with you guys.
Could you please on priority get this sorted out? It is your responsibility to get this sorted. I would be forced to take a legal action against you as i have all the rights to do so as per the agreements.
Please get back to me asap.
