[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — excess charge | |||
I have moved-in in february 2019. There was some minor issue in the house that has been manually repaired liking fixing the tape or knob of regulator was missing. Lots of light point are there in my house out of them few were not working. As i can't expect a brand new things in a shared house, i haven't raised the request for fixing the same as that was of no use to me. As per nestaway policy, when a co-tenant moved out in october 2019, they inspected the house & charged all the tenant for all the issue they found including all those were pre existed. Although ot was unfair to pay, i paid what was showing in my dashboard. Nestaway should fix the thing as they have charged us full amount for the cost but they didn't. Again, in february 2020, another tenant moved out and they inspected the house and again charged us for the same thing. Nestaway please waive the amount and update your move-in checklist to include the item condition. Currently, only yes no is mentioned but even if minor defect but in working condition, nothing gets corrected but we are charged for the defect at the time of move-out.
