I, devshankar dey, am a tenant at 101, #70, new jeevanahalli main road, cox town, jeevanahalli, bangalore, karnataka – 560005. I have rented this property via nestaway technologies pvt ltd. (Nestaway) and moved-in there on 1st march 2019. From the very first day, when i was to move-in, i have been subjected to mental and emotional harassment and abuse from the above company. My move-in time into the flat was scheduled at 10 am in the morning of 1st march 2019. And, while i was expecting that the property manager assigned by nestaway will be at the above property at the scheduled time, there was no one. I had to wait for more than 45 minutes outside my flat. Despite repeatedly calling their customer care, no help was provided. It was only by the mercy of the building security in-charge, who had a spare key to the flat, was i able to enter my flat.
I was hoping that this would be the only issue i would ever face. But i was wrong. I have been repeatedly been mental and emotional harassed and abused by nestaway. The flat i have rented is a fully-furnished apartment, which comes with all basic amenities and includes internet/ wi-fi connection. It has been more than 18 days since i have moved-in the above company has failed to provide me with what was advertised and promised. Despite giving umpteen number of calls to their customer care, raising service request and following-up with the property manager, mr. Zabi (Mobile number - +91-[protected]) assigned by nestaway, i am yet to receive the wi-fi connectivity. Mr. Zabi has constantly harassed me and abused his power as the property manager. He provides false hopes and expectations and has not been helpful in resolving my issue. For the past 18 days he has led me to believe that he will get thing done within 24 hours. On his assurance i must leave my office early just so that he can do the needful. However, nothing has happened to date. My social life is in a disarray as every weekend mr. Zabi promises that he will ensure the wi-fi connection will be provided but nothing has happened. Was this information helpful? |
