[Resolved]  Nestaway Technologies — fraud activities (refund related)

I am really upset on why i used nestaway services. These people are fraud. I moved out from one of the flat on 2nd june and they said they will return my deposit money in 7-10 working days. After few days they updated on the app that they have transferred the money back my icici account and when i checked my bank account the amount was not there. To investigate the issue further i called the nestaway customer care and they provided me the transaction reference number kkbk[protected] when i checked the same on the app i found that they have transferred the money to a 11 digit account number rather 12 digit icici bank account number. Now as per ifsc/rtgs/neft transfer technologies i don't understand how how come this transaction happened as while someone use wrong account number with any ifsc code its not possible to initiate a transaction and even banking systems does't allow to add the account for making any transfer. Now i am following up with them from more than a week and everytime they say they will get back but no updates. #nestawayvictim #saynotonestaway
