The house was handovered by the site manager in a bad state with the bedroom attached door corroded, living room ceiling lights not working, curtains rods broken in multiple places. I was told the ceiling lights are spoilt and cannot be fixed, bathroom door has to be completely replaced and curtains rods. So as a stop gap a carpenter came and fixed the bottom part of the door with aluminium sheet, lights were not fixed nor the curtain rods. Now when am moving out all this is billed to my deposit, not only that there are several components which were in poor state like the bathroom shower. Its 12+ years old flat with hardly no maintenance by the owner and nestaway is simply deducting the cost from the tenant to do all this.
