[Resolved]  Nestaway Technologies — Fraud/ harassment threat

I have been in the current Nestaway house for 4+ years, house id Ayeesha_S302. They took the rent for Aug 2023 and now they tell me that there will be painting charges of 9000, deep cleaning charges of 2500, and cancellation charges of 4500 so basically 17000 close to will not be returned, and my deposit was 18000. This is exactly how they will scam every customer and ensure they will not return the deposit back! They literally function like scam and fraud company! Plus they say if we try and make adjustments with the owner on the advance and rents, they will lock the doors which is pure harrasment threat! This was told to me by an Area Manager and mind you, i am a single woman! Their customer service escalation manager told me " i will not help you with anything" and she cut the call on my face- so much for customer service!
